1. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise on The New York Times Store (www.nytimes.com/store).
2. Gift cards are available in amounts of $25, $50 and $100.
3. Gift cards are delivered by Federal Express with signature required.
4. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
5. Gift cards or unused portions of gift cards does not expire.
6. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift cards account and is not transferable.
7. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift cards, the balance with need to be paid with a credit card.
8. The New York Times is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
